Sales Executives

We’re looking for two Full time Sales Executives who have keen interest in Tech (Basic + Commission)

Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play an active role in getting businesses to embark on their digital journey and present the solutions that the company has to offer.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set up calls and meetings with potential clients.
  2. Work with internal stakeholders on helping clients get the right solution.
  3. Meet with prospects online or in-person meeting.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and other matters in a professional and customer-centric manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, dropshipping platforms, and e-commerce best practices, implementing new tools and techniques to help our clients grow.

Requirements:

    1. Some experience in Sales or Customer Service.
    2. Strong knowledge of dropshipping business models, supplier sourcing, and product selection strategies.
    3. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
    4. Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
    5. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
    6. It’s a plus if you possess:
      Certification in Marketing.
      Experience in selling Software as a Service (Saas).
      Good knowledge of social media trends.
