Dropshipping Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and driven Dropshipping Specialist to join our team. As a Dropshipping Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in setting up dropshipping websites for our clients and providing training on dropshipping operations and product selection, the CMS and order fulfilment.


  1. Set up a dropshipping website for the client with all the modules required.
  2. Design the website, according to the client’s requirements.
  3. Plan and conduct training to the client on how to operate the website, particularly on the CMS, how to monitor and track their sales performance, orders and other essential operations.
  4. Monitor and track client’s website performance, sales, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  5. Coordinate with our dropshipping partners to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  6. Upsell digital marketing solutions to help drive traffic to the client’s website and increase conversions.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and other matters in a professional and customer-centric manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, dropshipping platforms, and e-commerce best practices, implementing new tools and techniques to help our clients grow.


    1. Diploma or equivalant.
    2. Proven experience as in Dropshipping or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
    3. Strong knowledge of dropshipping business models, supplier sourcing, and product selection strategies.
    4. Familiarity with popular dropshipping platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, or Oberlo.
    5. Proficiency in website management and content management systems (CMS).
    6. Good understanding of web design and development principles.
    7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple dropshipping websites.
    8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track metrics, identify trends, and optimize performance.
    9. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
    10. Experience with digital marketing strategies and channels, such as social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
    11. Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    12. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
