Customer Support Coordinator

Position Overview
This is a junior position for a virtual customer service centre. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play an active role in checking on support tickets, tracking and following up with our clients and tech team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor support tickets and ensure assignees are working within the client’s SLA.
  2. Ensure all tickets are being assigned by monitoring the system.
  3. Provide a weekly, monthly and quarterly report on support tickets.
  4. Insert content into our AI support system (training will be provided)
  5. It’s a plus if you have knowledge of ticketing systems such as Zendesk.

Requirements:

    1. Experience in call centre or virtual support centre, but not necessary as training will be provided.
    2. Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
    3. Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
    4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
