Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving the success of our digital solutions.


  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their business objectives, and establishing a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and effective account management practices.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our digital solutions to maximize revenue and support client growth.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring their resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Monitor key account metrics, track client performance, and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or additional support.


  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the digital solutions industry.
  3. Solid understanding of digital technologies, online marketing, and web-based solutions.
  4. Knowledge of Government grants such as PSG, etc.
  5. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients at various organizational levels.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
