Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving the success of our digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their business objectives, and establishing a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and effective account management practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our digital solutions to maximize revenue and support client growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring their resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Monitor key account metrics, track client performance, and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the digital solutions industry.
- Solid understanding of digital technologies, online marketing, and web-based solutions.
- Knowledge of Government grants such as PSG, etc.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients at various organizational levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
